Creator-based Thinking...the path to peace, presence and a power-filled mindset

Whatcha Thinkin?   Navigating life's challenges can feel like a monumental task. Maybe you find yourself juggling family responsibilities, career pressures, or facing big personal trials. It can be demanding and so hard! I have a special message for you. It holds the key to becoming like that resilient bouncy ball that bounces back, no matter how hard it's thrown. Don't make more of it than it is. I understand that it might sound simplistic, but considering our innate gifts as creators, we are great storytellers and can create trauma for ourselves with our thoughts. For instance, when the kids get sick again, it's easy to spiral into thinking, "The world is out to get me." When your boss or spouse is unkind, you might think, "I'm just not good enough for this." Financial struggles can lead to thoughts like, "I'll never win." But my friend, these are just stories we tell ourselves.  We have the creative power to spin our thoughts f

Together is Better, Creator-based® Style.

Together is Better   YouWeek is over, and what a great party! The camaraderie, wisdom, and lessons shared inspired everyone who attended. Thanks to all. Truly, Together is better. Unity is a powerful energy. When we are one, we are exponentially better. One and One don’t equal two when there is Unity. One and One synergized through unity can equal 150. Unity is an amazing force. Consider these ideas to bring that synergy and energy to your week: 1.  Compassion in Unity: Start by embracing compassion for yourself and others. We're all on unique journeys, and that's what makes us shine together. Different is amazing! Feeling conflict? Deep breath, hold your tongue and listen to understand. You can do this. 2.  Mindfulness Magic: Try this fun experiment to be mindful all day long: Keep your mind where your feet are for a day. If you’re in the break room at work, don’t let your mind wander home. If you’re home, keep your mind on being there and doing just what is happening at the

Creator-based® Remembering

What is 'Right Remembering?'   What is 'right remembering?’  Seeing things as they really are and really will be. But how and why? It’s a somber day of remembrance for many of us,  Patriot Day,  and a day of courage. So many things changed on September 11, 2001. We are grateful for everyone who helped and sacrificed on that incredible day.  Let us remember and honor their bravery and sacrifice. Thank You. Is there really power in remembering? A quick online search reveals a plethora of insights on this topic. I firmly believe that there is incredible strength in "right remembering." It's a conscious choice that can shape our lives in the Creator-based® way.   We know that as creators of our own life experiences, we get to choose what we will think. Choosing thoughts that make us feel good makes all the difference. I’m not talking about a Pollyanna life. There are always challenges. That’s how we stretch and grow. But why reminisce on hardship when you could

Creator-based® resilience: Be like a bouncy ball. They have all the fun.

I had this funny feeling that just kept nagging at me. After about the fourth time of wondering, I decided to check. Had I really written the Monday Morning Inspiration this week? I mean, it’s Labor Day after all, surely I would have written it way ahead of time. But I couldn’t remember.  Thank goodness for funny little feelings.  It had not been written. Y’all deserve a little inspiration, even on a holiday, so it’s Saturday and I am writing a little hope for you.  September's theme is Resilience . I love the idea of resilience- silly putty, taffy, balloons, brand-new hair ties and headbands. They’re strong yet supple and bounce back with force and grace.  Resilience is a beautiful thing. How’s yours?  Do you bounce back with grace and tenacity?  Mine, well, lately, it’s been a little salt water taffy-ish. With the CoVid thing, and the recovery, and loving my work enough that it’s hard to stop… my resilient balloon is looking a little soggy and overblown. Let’s talk about  how t
