PRESENCE – FINDING PEACE IN THE NOW, THE CREATOR-BASED® WAY
Welcome back! Can we just take a breath together for a moment? The kind where you pause, close your eyes, and feel the quiet whisper of your Creator saying, “I’m with you right now.”
 
In Creator-based® Coaching, presence is sacred. It’s not just about sitting still—it’s about being still in Him. It’s about stepping out of your head, where anxiety and self-doubt swirl, and stepping into your personal center, where our Creator gently reminds you: You are safe. You are loved. You are held.
 
Presence is one of Dick Schwartz’s 5 P’s of Self, and it’s foundational for healing. When we’re present, we’re connected—not just to ourselves, but to the Creator who formed us, knows us, and deeply cares for every little part of us. In fact, we teach that it’s only from this grounded, connected place that true transformation happens.
 
But presence can be hard, right? Especially when you’re juggling a million responsibilities, Squirrel Brain, feeling like you can’t slow down, or battling thoughts that whisper you’re not enough.
I know that space well. I used to live in a constant loop of shame and stress, always feeling like I had to do more or be betterbefore I could rest.

Creator-based® Coaching taught me that the only place I ever really meet myself and my Creator is right here. Not in my imagined future. Not in the past I can’t change. But in this present moment—where He is already waiting for me.
The present moment is our only true point of power.
 
And here’s the miracle: when you come back to the present, even for a few seconds, the parts of you that have been panicked or performing finally exhale. They feel your rootedness. They feel safe. They feel the Father’s peace. They are powerful again.
Presence is a practice—it’s choosing to pause during a busy day and say, “Father, I’m here. Show me where You are in this moment.”
 
It’s breathing deeply when the fear rises. It’s opening your body with mindfulness and compassion, and your heart with hopeful stillness.
 
You don’t have to earn a Creator-centered life. He’s already here.
And every time you choose presence over pressure, you come home to the part of you that centers and knows: I belong to Him. I don’t have to rush. I can rest in this holy now.

  Open the door to receiving with JOY   Life can get busy and stressful. But guess what? I recently stumbled upon something that might just add a touch of  magic to your daily grind. Have you ever heard of  joy-ercise ? It's this incredible concept from Amanda Gore's book 'Wired for Joy,' and it's like a throwback to the fun days of Jazzercise from the '90s. Joy-ercise is all about infusing your life with positivity, and it's pretty amazing.
