It’s about stepping out of your head, where anxiety and self-doubt swirl, and stepping into your personal center, where our Creator gently reminds you: You are safe. You are loved. You are held.
Presence is one of Dick Schwartz’s 5 P’s of Self, and it’s foundational for healing. When we’re present, we’re connected—not just to ourselves, but to the Creator who formed us, knows us, and deeply cares for every little part of us. In fact, we teach that it’s only from this grounded, connected place that true transformation happens.
But presence can be hard, right? Especially when you’re juggling a million responsibilities, Squirrel Brain, feeling like you can’t slow down, or battling thoughts that whisper you’re not enough.
I know that space well. I used to live in a constant loop of shame and stress, always feeling like I had to do more or be betterbefore I could rest.
